Acceptance of terms
By using AIToy Tarot you agree to these terms. If you disagree with any part, please stop using the service. Free access (3 readings/day) requires no account. Subscribing or purchasing a physical deck constitutes additional agreement to the subscription and product terms below.
AI readings and entertainment purpose
AIToy Tarot provides AI-generated tarot readings for entertainment, self-reflection, and personal exploration purposes only. Readings are not a substitute for professional advice — medical, psychological, legal, financial, or otherwise. We do not claim that readings predict future events. All interpretations are probabilistic reflections intended to prompt personal reflection.
Subscriptions and billing
Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually via Stripe. You may cancel at any time from your account settings — cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Your reading history is preserved after cancellation and restored if you resubscribe. We do not offer refunds for partial billing periods except where required by law.
Physical NFC deck
Physical deck orders are fulfilled via third-party manufacturing partners. Shipping timelines are estimates. In the event of production delays, we will communicate proactively. Refunds on physical products are offered within 14 days of delivery for unopened items.
Your content
Questions you submit to AIToy Tarot are used solely to generate your personal reading. They are not used to train AI models, shared publicly, or sold. You retain ownership of any content you create.
